For 30 years, since October 1, 1994, Mark and Traci Froese carried a quiet, persistent dream in their hearts: to create a sacred retreat, a peaceful refuge where weary souls in the Christian community could find rest, restoration, and deep transformation. They spoke of it often, sharing the vision with others, but it always seemed to fall flat, like a seed planted in dry ground.
Then, in April 2025, everything changed.
Some close friends invited them to see a piece of property. It wasn’t just any land: it was the land. In that moment, what once felt like a distant hope suddenly became a door flung wide open. The dream that had waited three decades in the wings stepped onto center stage. From that day forward, it’s been full steam ahead for the Froeses, and Whispering Pines was born.
The heart behind Whispering Pines belongs to Mark and Traci, a couple whose combined experience in ministry, coaching, and strategic leadership has touched countless lives. With years of hands-on work in both the secular and church sectors, they’ve led teams, counseled leaders, and provided the kind of guidance that helps people not just survive, but thrive, especially in ministry.
Together, Mark and Traci have spent decades walking alongside individuals and organizations, offering expertise in life coaching, strategic planning, and staff counseling. Their work has helped pastors, ministry leaders, and teams navigate some of the toughest seasons of burnout and crisis, guiding them toward emotional and spiritual renewal.
But it’s not just their professional accomplishments that make them unique: it’s their deep, unwavering commitment to empowering others.
